Katya completed her registered massage therapy training in Toronto at Royal Canadian College of massage therapy . Growing up , Katya sustained minor injuries through cross country running and downhill skiing . She naturally became drawn to the knowledge of health science , healing body , mind and spirit .
Through her studies , she had the opportunity to participate in massage therapy sports outreaches , pregnancy specialty clinic , nursing homes and placement in university health network hospital.
She believes that massage therapy is very effective way to prevent chronic aches , pains and to promote healing and wellbeing .
Katya hopes to help people recover from their injuries, to live pain-free and educate her patients to listen to their body .
