She treats using a combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy (hands on therapy) and acupuncture to improve overall function and health. Meaghan encourages autonomy and empowers her patients through education and self-management strategies.
She is continually progressing her practice through courses in functional orthopaedics, acupuncture and concussion rehabilitation. She hopes to complete courses in dry needling in the coming months.
Outside of the clinic, Meaghan enjoys travelling, exercise and time spent with friends and family.
